Luke is one of the co-owners of Totem and also leads the kitchen as Head Chef and BOH manager. He is responsible for the food direction, menu creation, and overall day to day operations.

Janaid is one of the co-owners of totem who works with FOH operations, front of house service, day to day operations and overall customer experience.
